Welcome to the Murang'a Seal FC Official Membership and Ticketing Platform. By accessing or using our services, including but not limited to ticket purchases, membership registrations, MSEAL Wallet transactions, and shop purchases, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Ordinary

Silver

- Membership included,
- Annual pass to ordinary stand for all home matches,
- Official membership card,
- Opportunity to upgrade to VIP stand during games,
- Dedicated member entrance (faster entry),
- Member-only pre-sale access to limited edition merchandise,
- 10% discount on merchandise

Gold

- Membership included,
- Annual pass to VIP stand for all home matches,
- Premium membership card, Guaranteed big match access,
- VIP entrance gate + reserved parking + bumper sticker,
- Member-only pre-sale access to limited edition merchandise,
- 20% merchandise discount, Access to player meet & greets and special events

Membership Features:

MSEAL Wallet: Digital wallet for secure transactions, ticket purchases, and order purchases
Shop Access: Official merchandise store with tier-specific discounts
Digital Membership Card: Proof of membership status and tier benefits
Ticket Management: Secure ticket storage and history capabilities

Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate, complete registration information
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

MSEAL Wallet Terms

Wallet Functionality:

Deposit funds for ticket purchases and merchandise

Wallet Restrictions:

No cash withdrawal option
Non-transferable

Ticket Purchase and Usage

Purchase Terms:

All sales are final unless event is cancelled
Tickets are non-transferable for certain high-demand matches
Resale above face value is prohibited
Membership tier determines purchase priority

Match Day Requirements:

Valid digital ticket required for entry
Government-issued ID may be required with membership card
Club reserves right to refuse entry

Shop Purchases and Merchandise

Tier discounts applied at checkout
All sales final unless defective merchandise
Shipping costs and times vary
Risk of loss passes upon delivery to carrier

Payment Processing

We accept MPesa and MSEAL Wallet
All prices in Kenyan Shillings (KES)
Service fees may apply to certain transactions
Failed payments may result in order cancellation

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Ticket Refunds:

Full refunds only for cancelled events
No refunds for partial attendance or changed personal circumstances
Refunds processed to original payment method or MSEAL Wallet

Membership Cancellation:

Annual memberships are non-refundable
Club reserves right to revoke membership for misconduct
